www.florahut.com is a website owned and operated by Florahut, incorporated under the laws of India. This page encapsulates all the terms and conditions applicable to every order made on this site.
Delivery Timings
At Florahut.com, we understand the importance of timely deliveries. For same-day and midnight orders, ensure placement before 12 PM local time. While we strive for same-day delivery, it's not guaranteed. Free delivery slots are between 9:00 am to 9:00 pm, subject to availability.
Customers in different time zones must carefully select delivery date and time based on the recipient country's local time. Fixed-time deliveries require orders to be placed at least 3 hours in advance. For deliveries before 10 AM, place orders by 8 PM on the previous day. Fixed-time delivery slots may experience a variance of +/- 30 minutes.
Delivery dates and times, if promised, cannot be guaranteed during special circumstances like extreme weather, riots, strikes, or rush-hour days such as Valentine's Day. Unfortunately, order cancellations won't be possible under such circumstances.
For Valentine's Midnight delivery, cherish the magic between 10 PM to 1 AM. During special occasions like New Year, Christmas, Valentine's Day, Mother’s Day, etc., orders will be processed and delivered within 48 hours of the requested date and time slot or from the order placement time, whichever is later.
For Remote Delivery/Extended Delivery, additional charges apply, catering to locations beyond the standard 25 Km for metro cities and 15 Km for non-metro cities.
Price/Discounts
At Florahut.com, all discounts are carefully curated by our dedicated team. Please note that multiple discounts and offers cannot be combined. A "Convenience Charge" is applied to facilitate seamless online ordering and covers internet and system handling costs. This charge is correlated to the order value and included in the displayed price.
Address Change
We understand plans can change. Any changes to the recipient's address are entertained free of cost if requested before 48 hours of the actual delivery. Changes after that won't be entertained, and orders won't be cancelled.

Life is unpredictable, and we adapt to it. Changes to orders are accommodated with monetary adjustments if requested before 48 hours of the actual delivery. Changes after that won't be entertained, and orders won't be canceled. For more details, please refer to our cancellation policy.
Delivery Product
While we strive to make every arrangement perfect, local availability and seasonal constraints might lead to slight variations. In case of substitutions due to non-availability, rest assured they'll be of equal or higher quality. Flower colors might vary due to availability, and cake icing and design may differ based on local availability.
Damaged Deliveries/Non-Delivery of Products
We're committed to resolving any concerns promptly. Reports of damaged products or non-delivery must be made within 24 hours of delivery, supported by substantial proofs. Based on customer complaints and feedback, redelivery will be arranged. Disputes or dissatisfaction should be addressed directly with Florahut.com to ensure a seamless resolution.
Rules for Delivery
Our goal is to get your gifts delivered perfectly. Delivery will be made as per the instructions provided. We attempt delivery only once, and in certain cases, like wrong addresses, recipient unavailability, premises locked, incorrect contact details, or recipient refusal, the order will be considered executed.
Substitution Policy
At Florahut.com, we understand that regional availability may affect your selected flowers or containers. In such cases, our skilled florists will make substitutions of equal or higher value while preserving the style and theme of your arrangement. We reserve the right to substitute flowers or other items if the desired product is unavailable.
Rules for Duplicate Orders
If Florahut.com identifies a duplicate order, we will promptly contact the customer for clarification. If the customer is unreachable, we will make a decision in the best interest of the order.
Dealing with Fraudulent Customers
Florahut.com reserves the right to reject orders or ban customers engaged in fraudulent activities, such as providing incorrect addresses, unethical messages, or unusual delivery timings, without being answerable to anyone.
Rules for Unfounded Recipient
If the recipient is not available and delivery instructions are strict, the order will be considered delivered, and no refund will be provided. Please see our Cancellation and Refund Policy for more information.
Shipping and Delivery
All courier items will be shipped using reputable services like BlueDart or equivalent courier. While we cannot specify delivery dates or timings for courier orders, delivery will take place between 9 am - 7 pm and may vary based on product, availability, and location.
Service Extension and Refusal
Florahut.com holds the right to extend services to individuals, organizations, or business units based on our discretion. We may refuse service without being obligated to provide an explanation.
Amendment of Terms & Conditions
We reserve the right to amend our Terms & Conditions periodically. The terms are governed by Indian laws, and disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Karnal.
Entire Agreement
These Terms & Conditions, along with Florahut.com's cancellation and refund policy, Privacy Policy, Disclaimer, and other posted rules and policies, constitute the entire agreement between users and Florahut.com, superseding all prior communications.
Consent for Communication
By using Florahut.com, you agree to receive transactional and promotional communication through SMS, calls, Whatsapp, RCS, and emails.
Feedback and Quality Assurance
Florahut.com may contact the recipient to seek feedback, aiming to provide the best service and quality products.
Fraudulent Orders and Cooperation
Unethical orders placed on Florahut.com will be considered fraudulent. We reserve the right to cooperate with law enforcement agencies and take appropriate action.
Account Deletion
To close your Florahut.com account, email us with the subject "Termination." Your account will be deleted within 30 days of your request.
Protection of Personal Bank Details
