Advance Cancellation and Refund Policy
Additionally, we offer an Advance Cancellation and Refund Policy for orders scheduled for delivery beyond the same day. Please review the details below:
- Cancellation: Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before the scheduled delivery time to claim a refund of the paid amount. No refunds will be made once the 48-hour delivery window starts. Order cancellation charges are 10% or Rs.200, whichever is higher if the order is canceled before 48 hours of the delivery. Gift certificates provided as part of cancellation or refund have a validity of one year from the date of issue and hold no cash value.
